Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Due to the increased demand in the affordable housing market, we have been instructed to source a Project Manager to lead a team on a new development comprised of 200 + Masonry Built units with a 30 month program.

As this is a Design and Build scheme, it is essential that applicants are familiar with dealing with a client on a multitute of different tasks.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will manage teams, coordinate resources, enforce health and safety regulations, and liaise with contractors, suppliers, partners and customers.
