The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages and transfers of equity New build transactions Leasehold and lease extensions High-value and complex property matters   You'll be supported by a collaborative team and modern systems, enabling you to focus on providing top-tier legal advice.

About You:

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years' PQE in residential property Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to manage a busy caseload independently   Why Apply?
