Paralegal

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation and Education Paralegal to join our Legal Services Litigation Team. The role supports Litigation and Education Lawyers and manages a caseload of legal cases, including court advocacy. You will be part of a team that encourages career development and offers a flexible working arrangement.

• Hold a varied caseload of litigation matters
• Support Litigation and Education Lawyers in employment law, criminal prosecutions, education exclusion review hearings and legal research
• Advocate in court and at Exclusion Review Hearings
• Prioritise workloads and manage conflicting deadlines
• Maintain excellent client relationships through clear communication

• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt across areas of law
• Strong communication skills for court advocacy and client interaction
• Demonstrated confidence in fluent English (required for a customer‑facing role under the Immigration Act 2016)
