OpenCPI Systems Engineer - DV is required for a UK-based technology organisation delivering advanced engineering, cyber, and data-driven solutions to government and commercial clients. The company specialises in secure systems, communications, artificial intelligence, and mission-critical software supporting complex national infrastructure and defence programmes.

You will be responsible for designing, integrating, and supporting OpenCPI-based SDR systems across FPGA and embedded Linux platforms. The role involves C/C++ and HDL development, system configuration, and end-to-end integration of DSP processing chains within secure RF environments. You will work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure robust system performance, reliability, and compliance within high-assurance programmes.

Skills & requirements:

• Active DV clearance.
• Proven hands‑on experience with the OpenCPI framework.
• Strong C/C++ development within embedded or Linux environments.
• Experience working with FPGA platforms (e.g. Xilinx or Intel tool chains).
• Experience integrating and validating DSP chains within SDR systems.
• Understanding of RF processing and system‑level testing methodologies.
