SC Cleared Junior Systems Administrator

We currently have demand for an SC Cleared Junior Systems Administrator. The role will be to maintain, upgrade & manage our client’s hardware & networks for internal operations.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage and monitor network servers and technology tools
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Support
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Build internal technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
• Willingness to take on different roles and responsibilities in response to the needs of the business.

Ideally you will have

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
