• Support and delivery of software implementation and configuration
• Maintain deployment environments for cloud‑based big data project
• Automate manual processes and support changes to live systems
• Positive problem‑solving attitude to adapt to client issues

• Java, Python, JavaScript/Type Script, Vue, Bash, Jenkins, Ansible, Cucumber, NiFi, Go
• AWS, Git Lab, ELK Stack, Terraform, Grafana, Sonar Qube, Open Shift, Linux

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Dev Ops/SRE role supporting cloud‑based applications
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Bash, Python, or Go
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines:
  Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Ansible
• Proficiency in infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform
• Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud‑native architecture
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux environments
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools:
  Grafana, ELK Stack, Sonar Qube
• Familiarity with container orchestration:
  Open Shift (or Kubernetes)
• Ability to support, maintain, improve deployment environments, ensuring reliability & scalability
• Comfort with live service support & change management in production environments
• Strong communication skills and solution‑focused mindset

• Hands‑on experience with Apache Ni Fi
• Exposure to Java, JavaScript/Type Script, Vue
• Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber
• Background in big data projects
