Role & Responsibilities About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner
, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Raytheon UK and RTX by delivering exceptional end-to-end recruitment support. Partnering with business and functional leaders, you’ll ensure we attract, engage, and secure the very best talent – both internally and externally – to drive our growth.

This role blends strategic partnership with hands‑on delivery, operating in a direct‑to‑market model where candidate experience, business impact, and agility are key.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop trusted partnerships with stakeholders, elevating the impact of Talent Acquisition across the business.
  • Collaborate closely with People & Culture Business Partners to meet recruitment needs and provide strategic talent guidance.
  • Partner with the Talent Management team to connect pipelines (early careers through to future leaders).
  • Represent Talent Acquisition in leadership forums, ensuring recruitment priorities visible and aligned with business strategy.
  • Champion a seamless candidate experience with timely updates and constructive feedback.
Required experience
  • Proven success in permanent or contract recruitment (in‑house or agency), ideally in a matrix organisation.
  • Strong track record in direct sourcing and headhunting using platforms such as Linked In.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle across multiple disciplines.
  • Flexible approach to sourcing, able to balance internal mobility with external talent acquisition.
