An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding business based in Gloucester. Our client is looking for a Payroll Manager who has previous experience as well as being an effective people manager. The role would involve processing the larger payrolls and managing the outsourced relationship

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering accurate and compliant payroll processing for assigned clients and payrolls

- Co-ordinating the client’s requirements and managing the process

- Develop a high performing team

- Offer full support and advice to the team on all aspects of payroll & software systems

The Person:

- An individual who has managed a diversity of payroll transactions

- Highly assertive, interactive and has the ability to work under pressure

- Analytical and an excellent problem solver

- To be fully compliant with all UK legislation, statutory monthly and yearly requirements

- Can demonstrate ability to build strong relationships
