Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Payroll Manager, based on-site in Gloucester. The Payroll Manager will oversee all payroll-related functions, including processing payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing payroll taxes, handling employee benefits, and resolving payroll discrepancies. In addition, the role involves preparing reports, and providing payroll-related support to the HR department and employees.
Qualifications- Experience in Payroll Administration, Payroll Management, and managing payroll processes
- Strong understanding of Payroll Taxes and compliance regulations
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
