Adults Social Worker needed for our Mental Health Team in Gloucestershire, paying £38 ph + £150 Accommodation !

Are you a passionate and skilled Social Worker ready to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives? Join our dedicated Mental Health Service Team in Gloucester and help the people of Gloucestershire live the lives they choose — with the right support at the right time.

As part of a dedicated Team, you will:

• Undertake focused Section 117 aftercare reviews in line with statutory requirements.
• Work collaboratively within a Multidisciplinary Team, contributing professional social work expertise to holistic care planning.
• Apply strengths‑based practice principles to ensure individuals receive appropriate, outcome‑focused aftercare support.
• Support individuals with complex mental health needs while promoting independence and recovery.
• Work flexibly across sites as required, embracing agile working arrangements.

This role requires adaptability, strong partnership working skills, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast‑paced project environment.

• Registration with Social Work England, with a completed ASYE or equivalent demonstrable experience in a statutory social work setting
• Experience working within Adult Social Care, including multi‑agency working and court environments
• Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, models, and theories relating to Adult Social Work
• A valid UK driving licence and access to a car (exceptions may apply under the Equality Act)
