Band 6 Social Worker - Gloucester

Vivid Healthcare are looking for an experienced Band 6 Social Worker to join a busy unit in Gloucester.

Pay:
Up to £40 per hour

Position Details:
Must have at least 6 months UK experience and ideally hold and up to date mandatory training certificate also the following;

• To meet the Adult Social Care statutory duties of the Local Authority which have been delegated to GHC
• To undertake timely assessment of need arising under the Care Act 2014 or s117 aftercare duties of the Mental Health Act 1983/2007
• To work collaboratively with muti disciplinary and multi-agency services across Gloucestershire and further afield where required
• To practice in line with the Care Act principles and prevent, reduce, delay priorities
• To meet the s117 aftercare needs of individuals whilst maintaining focus on pathways to independence, social inclusion and recovery principles
• To enable, introduce and make best use of universal services in Gloucestershire to achieve the prevent, reduce and delay priorities

To be successful for this role, you must be a fully qualified nurse with a minimum of 6 months recent experience within a UK based hospital.
