Stonehouse, Gloucestershire - Clinical Manager - £40k

Well Placed HR are working with a fantastic Care organisation who have recently added a new home to their growing portfolio. They seek to recruit a Clinical Manager to join their team.

As Clinical Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Registered Manager and provide strong team leadership

- Lead and improve standards of care across the home

- Ensure safe, effective, person-centred care delivery

- Monitor clinical documentation

- Drive improvement from CQC "Requires Improvement" to "Good."

- Manage staff performance

- Model high standards of professionalism and care

- Oversee medication administration and service users' mental health needs

- Liaise with healthcare professionals and service users' families

- Support completion of risk assessments and care plans

- Provide out-of-hours on-call support when required

The ideal candidate will:

- Live and promote the core values, setting a positive example for the team and encouraging high standards across the home.

- Build strong, caring relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the wider community.

- Lead support, and develop the team through guidance, training, and encouragement.

- Confidently step in for the Registered Manager when needed, showing strong leadership and flexibility.

Due to the nature of this role, applicants must have A Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3 and above (previously NVQ Level
3) or equivalent is required. Willing to progress to level 4. You will need to have a background in nursing and have an active PIN.

This role is full time and permanent working 40 hours per week, usually over 5 shifts of 8 hours although there is a level of flexibility. Applicants must be aware that there may be a need to work evenings and weekends at times.
