Pay:

• Weekday Days (Mon Fri): £14.60/hr
• Weekend Days (Sat Sun): £17.12/hr
• Weekday Nights (Mon Thurs): £16.60/hr
• Weekend Nights (Fri Sun): £17.99/hr
  Holiday Pay: Paid separately Limited company pay options available

As a Complex Care Assistant, you ll help your clients live full, happy lives while feeling safe, supported, and valued. You ll work one-to-one with them in their own homes and during activities, creating moments that truly matter.

What You ll Do Every day is different but your compassion and professionalism make all the difference. You ll:

• Provide PEG feeding and other clinical support
• Assist with postural care, positioning, and mobility
• Encourage participation in community activities, hobbies, and social events
• Support clients on short breaks or holidays
• Follow personalised care plans and clinical guidance carefully
• Communicate clearly with families and your care team to ensure consistent, high-quality support
