Transforming Care Digitally (TCD) is a strategic programme launched in 2024 by Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. The programme strengthens digital capabilities across the organisation, improving patient care, supporting clinical teams with effective digital solutions, and raising digital maturity.

Full-time in the office for the induction period. Once trained, hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. 37.5 hours per week.

• Work closely with clinical services to ensure systems align with clinical workflows, enabling staff to work more effectively.
• Configure and optimise clinical systems to improve usability, efficiency, and overall experience.
• Ensure that digital solutions support safe, high quality and accessible care.
