Join Acuity Care Group as a Team Leader – Female in Cheltenham. This role focuses on leading a small team of Support Workers and supporting an individual with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, FND and Gastroparesis. The role balances leadership, coaching and direct hands‑on care to ensure meaningful and person‑centred everyday moments.

• Salary: £32,760 per annum (£17.50 per hour)
• Hours:
  
  36 hours per week (3 shifts per week)
• Shift patterns: 7.30‑19.30 and 19.30‑7.30
• Paid travel expenses: 25p per mile / public transport (bus/train only)

Mandatory assessment day in Gloucester: 21 January ‑17.00.

• Full UK driving licence
• Clear enhanced DBS (DBS update service)
• Proven experience supporting individuals with severe challenging behaviour
• Resilient, highly confident and adaptable to change
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible to attend training by 23 February 2026
• First shift: 2 March 2026

• 12 hours per week leading the team: organising rotas, coaching colleagues, maintaining safety and smooth operation.
• 24 hours per week working alongside the team: providing direct support, creating uplifting daily moments.
