Job Overview
Female Team Leader – Cheltenham – salary: £32,760 per annum (£17.50 per hour). 36 hours per week (3 shifts per week). Shift patterns: 7:30 am–19:30 pm; 19:30 pm–7:30 am. Paid travel expenses: 25p per mile/public transport (bus/train only).
Mandatory Assessment Day – Gloucester (21 January 2026 9:00 am–5:00 pm).
Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (essential). Clear Enhanced DBS on DBS Update Service.
- Proven experience supporting individuals with severe challenging behaviour
- Must be resilient, highly confident, and adaptable change
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible to attend training by 23 February 2026
- First shift: 2nd March 2026
- 12 hours a week spent leading and supporting your team – organising rotas, helping colleagues grow, ensuring safety and smooth operations.
- 24 hours a week working alongside the team, providing direct, hands‑on support and creating uplifting daily moments.
Someone who has experience leading or supervising within health or social care, is calm, kind and confident making decisions, understands complex care, allergies, and challenging behaviours, loves encouraging others and building positive relationships.
