Pay:

• Weekday Days (Mon–Fri): £14.60/hr
• Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): £17.12/hr
• Weekday Nights (Mon–Thurs): £16.60/hr
• Weekend Nights (Fri–Sun): £17.99/hr

As a Complex Care Assistant
, you’ll help your clients live full, happy lives while feeling safe, supported, and valued. You’ll work one-to-one with them in their own homes and during activities, creating moments that truly matter.

Every day is different — but your compassion and professionalism make all the difference. You’ll:

• Provide PEG feeding and other clinical support
• Assist with postural care
  , positioning, and mobility
• Encourage participation in community activities
  , hobbies, and social events
• Support clients on short breaks or holidays
• Follow personalised care plans and clinical guidance carefully
• Communicate clearly with families and your care team to ensure consistent, high-quality support
