Home Care Assistant – Make a Difference Every Day- Location: Gloucester (GL6)
- Hours: 08:00–13:00 | 13:00–18:00 | Combine shifts for more hours | Nights also available

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll be a trusted, friendly face helping your client feel safe, comfortable, and valued. You’ll support with daily routines, offer companionship, and create meaningful moments that truly matter.
What You’ll Do- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Help with personal care, washing, dressing, and grooming
- Encourage engagement through gentle activities and shared moments
- Provide reassurance and a calm, consistent presence
- Support with everyday routines to keep your client safe and comfortable
- Excellent pay: £13.50–£14.62 per hour + holiday pay & mileage
- Flexible shifts: Choose mornings, afternoons, or combine for more hours
- Weekly pay so you’re rewarded regularly

You’re someone who genuinely cares about others and finds purpose in making a difference. Ideally, you’ll have some experience in dementia care or supporting older adults — but more important are your qualities.
- Naturally patient, compassionate, and reliable
- A confident communicator and a good listener
- Adaptable and respectful of individual needs
- Hold a UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- Eligible to work in the UK
