• Provide executive support to Gloucestershire County Council as required.
• Manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve council goals.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with council policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

• Proven experience in an executive or senior management role.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Professional references covering the last three years.

• Experience with in local government or public sector organisations.
• Familiarity with council policies and procedures.
• Relevant professional qualifications.
