Job Responsibilities

• Provide interim executive-level support to Gloucestershire County Council

• Deliver strategic and operational leadership as required

• Support key organisational priorities and decision-making

• Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with council policies, procedures, and governance requirements

Person Specification
Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior or executive-level role

• Eligibility to work in the UK, with documentation verified

• Ability to provide a minimum of three years employment references, including verification of any gaps

• Willingness to undergo standard compliance and background checks

• Acceptance of the stated pay rate and contract terms

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Previous experience working within a local authority or public sector organisation

• Familiarity with local government governance and compliance standards
