Group Financial Accountant | £50,000 - £55,000 | Gloucester (Hybrid)

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding international powerhouse to find a high-calibre Group Financial Accountant who is ready to bridge the gap between technical excellence and commercial impact. This isn't just a role for someone who knows their way around a balance sheet; it’s a career-defining move for a first or second-time mover from practice who craves more than just month-end cycles.

You’ll be joining a highly sociable, collaborative team. As the business scales across new borders, you won’t just be watching the growth – you’ll be driving it. If you have a solid foundation in practice, strong financial reporting skills, and are ready to claim your seat at the table in a fast-paced corporate environment, this is the platform you’ve been looking for.

• Lead on identifying and implementing control-based improvements to systems and processes
• Support the production of monthly accounts, including the consolidation process to group
• Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts and tax packs
• Liaise with external auditors
• Support the Financial Controller and CFO

• ACA / ACCA, likely second time move from practice
• Strong technical knowledge including IFRS and IFRS 16
• Excellent Excel skills
