Join a fast-growing real estate investment and development Group where you'll work directly with senior leadership, shape live deals, and gain hands-on exposure to development projects, fund creation, and private client advisory.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a hybrid role spanning real estate finance, fund structuring, and investment strategy - ideal for a newly or recently qualified ACA looking to move into the investment side of the industry.

You’ll play a key role across our investment and development activities, including:

• Building and maintaining advanced financial models for developments, funds, and investment scenarios
• Preparing high-quality investment memoranda, pitch decks, and board presentations
• Supporting the creation and structuring of real estate funds (SPVs, partnerships, LLPs)
• Conducting cash flow forecasting, scenario modelling, and project appraisals
• Assisting with due diligence, valuations, and capital raising processes
• Working with external advisors - lawyers, surveyors, tax specialists, fund administrators
