What you’ll be doing
  • Leading the ongoing optimisation of Microsoft Azure and M365 environments, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Driving automation with Power Shell scripting to reduce manual processes and increase productivity.

  • Configuring and managing Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager to deliver a seamless device and application experience.
  • Playing a key role in high-priority incident resolution and root cause analysis, ensuring continual improvement.
  • Championing new technologies, tools, and methods that improve service delivery.
What you’ll need
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale Azure and M365 platforms.
  • A passion for innovation, automation, and technical problem-solving.
  • Experience with cloud security, data protection, and compliance best practices.
  • The confidence to challenge the status quo and introduce better ways of working.
  • Strong communication skills, you can explain complex technical concepts in plain English.
