Location:

Gloucestershire  (Commutable from Gloucester, Worcester, Tewkesbury, Ledbury, Hereford and surrounding areas)
Package: £48,000 - £50,000 + Enhanced Overtime + Bonus

Shift: Monday - Friday (Double Days)  

Zest have teamed up with a highly established manufacturing company. Due to a growth in the business, they are now looking to take on an experienced engineering team leader to manage the day-to-day operations on site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working closely with the engineering manager to lead and manage the day to day running of the maintenance team.

* Attend both planned and reactive maintenance of food processing machinery

* Provide support and guidance to engineers and the operations team

* Offer support and guidance on breakdowns and offering backing when needed.

* Complete shift handovers, update breakdown boards, and create reports for effective transitions

What we are looking for:

* City & Guilds/Level 3 NVQ minimum in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

* Experience managing others in a fast-paced production environment, including performance management

* Background in working with food or manufacturing environment.

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* Ability to work independently and within a team
