Unqualified teaching assistant

Are you a caring, patient, and understanding individual looking to make a real difference in a school setting? We are currently seeking enthusiastic Non-Qualified Teaching Assistants to work in schools supporting children with a range of needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in education, youth work, or gaining classroom experience.

As a Teaching Assistant, your role may include:

• Working 1:1 with a student who requires additional support
• Supporting small groups of pupils
• Assisting the class teacher within the classroom
• Working within a support base or specialist provision

No two days are the same, and placements are matched to your strengths and availability.

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Caring, patient, and understanding
• Positive, enthusiastic, and reliable
• Confident working with children and young people

Previous classroom experience is beneficial but not essential.
We have found that candidates with a sports background thrive in this role - whether through coaching, team leadership, or experience working in structured team environments.
