anzuk education is partnered with a vibrant, two-form entry primary school in South Bristol, with a nursery attached, offering a friendly and supportive environment focused on personal and professional growth. The school is searching for an engaging and committed Early Years teaching Assistant.
About the Nursery- Caters to children aged 2-4, with separate playrooms for ages 2-3 and 3-4

- Be a caring Key Person, offering personalised attention and support to each child in your care
- Observe and celebrate each child's unique growth, thoughtfully planning activities that meet their individual needs
- Lead fun and engaging activities both indoors and outdoors, from circle time and storytelling to sports and cooking
- Design activities that spark joy and curiosity, tailored to each child's developmental stage and interests
- Lend a helping hand wherever needed, supporting your team and wider school team with flexibility and a positive attitude
- Contribute to a warm, collaborative environment that adapts to meet the needs of the school community
- Uphold all school policies, with a focus on health, safety, and child protection to ensure a secure environment for all
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years education
- Proven experience working with young children in an early years setting
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Knowledge and training in safeguarding and child protection (or willingness to complete necessary training)
- Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one
