Secondary M&M Supply is currently seeking a committed SEN Teacher for a temp-to-perm position within a specialist secondary provision.

The role supports students across KS3 and KS4 with SEMH as their primary need.

Pupils may also present with ASC, ADHD, speech and language needs, trauma and attachment difficulties.

Teaching is highly personalised, with a strong emphasis on EHCP outcomes and holistic development.

• Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet diverse SEN needs.
• Supporting behaviour, emotional wellbeing and engagement in learning.
• Monitoring and evidencing progress against EHCP targets.
• Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists and leadership.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
• Experience in SEN, alternative provision or behavioural settings.
• Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.
