Milk Education is working with schools to recruit an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher or Lead English Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Secondary teachers looking to grow professionally in a supportive and innovative environment.

We are seeking a passionate English teacher who can deliver engaging lessons up to GCSE level while supporting the personal and social development of students. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues, bring creativity into the classroom, and make a real impact on learners’ progress.

Plan and deliver engaging and creative English lessons across Secondary, including GCSE preparation.

Inspire and motivate students using innovative teaching methods tailored to their needs.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular learning opportunities.

Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Support tutor groups or small student cohorts, contributing to their wellbeing and personal development.

Qualified teacher with experience teaching Secondary English, or an ECT eager to develop their skills.

Passionate about making learning accessible and engaging for all students.

Confident, collaborative, and adaptable, with strong communication skills.

Experience supporting learners with additional needs or SEN is desirable but not essential — full training and support will be provided.
