Salary: M1 (£32,916) – UPS3 (£51,048). Additional benefits include TLR 2a, pension scheme and Lift Schools benefits.

Lift Brockworth is a two‑form entry primary school on an ambitious journey to make a real difference in children’s lives. The school offers large, spacious classrooms, two halls, chrome books, iPads, an academy library, a technology workshop and a large outdoor learning area including a pond.

• Manage one teacher and three teaching assistants.
• Lead, coach and support the staff to become excellent teachers.
• Set a clear, strategic vision for the EYFS phase.
• Ensure a stimulating and engaging curriculum for students.
• Implement phase‑wide strategies to enhance learning across all pupils.
• Play a vital role in the future opening of the school’s nursery.
