We are a successful dental company launching a new dental practice in Gloucester, created to improve access to NHS dentistry for the local community. As we open this exciting new chapter, we’re looking for enthusiastic Associate Dentists who want to help shape a service from day one.

• Associate Roles:
  Earning potential in excess from £115,000 (OTE) based on a day rate from £500, providing a mixture of Urgent Care and Stabilisation sessions.
• Private: 50% income split.
• Labs: 50% split for any lab bills.
• Stabilisation: up to 7 patients per session (14 per day with flexibility based on treatment requirements).
• Balanced clinical mix: NHS Urgent Dental Care & stabilisation with options for private upgrades depending on patient requirements.
• Flexible working hours.
• Clinical freedom with full admin and nursing support.
