Werea successful dental company launching a new dental practice in Gloucester,created to improve access to NHS dentistry for the local community. As we openthis exciting new chapter, were looking for enthusiastic Associate Dentists who want to help shape a service from day one.

Ifyoure passionate about modern, ethical dentistry and want to be part of a teamthat values innovation, collaboration, and people, this is a rare opportunity to get involved at the very start and make a genuine impact.

Your Role

• 1 day per week dedicated to urgent care
• Optional Educational support and mentorship for Foundation Dentists
• Helping to shape clinical pathways, patient experience, and practice culture

Associate Roles:

Earning potential in excess of £120,000 (OTE)
NHS:
Enhanced UDA rate from £16 per hour (to allow for clinical lead duties)

NHS:
Urgent Care Day Rate from £500 per day, with a Clinical Lead Supplement.

NHS:
Educational supervisor supplement, following addition of an FD to the practice.

Private:
50% income split

Labs: 50% split for any lab bills

UDAs: delivery of 5,073 UDAs

Balanced clinical mix:
NHS Urgent Dental Care & stabilisation with options for private upgrades dependent on patient requirements

Clinical freedom
with full admin and nursing support
