We are delivering a major highway development in Gloucester and are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join the team. This is a fully site‑based role, offering hands‑on involvement in a significant infrastructure project for a 9‑12 month period.

• Manage day‑to‑day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to coordinate works and resolve on‑site issues.
• Monitor progress against programme and report any delays or risks.
• Implement and enforce health and safety procedures on site.
• Prepare site documentation, including daily reports, method statements, risk assessments, and quality records.
• Ensure compliance airtight with design drawings, specifications and relevant standards.
• Support senior engineers and project management team in project delivery.

• Tier 1 Contractor experience – essential.
• Proven experience on major infrastructure/highway projects.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – mandatory.
• CSCS Card – mandatory.
• Fully site‑based experience.
• Full UK driving licence – essential due to site location.

• ORGANIZATION: CAT & Genny/EUSR certification – ideal.
• Experience with large civils/groundworks operations.

• Strong communication and team‑working skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and safety‑conscious. ინსტ.
