Construction Manager - Gloucester

Hybrid SaaS, a leading UK main contractor specializing in large-scale industrial and logistics developments, seeks an experienced Construction Manager to support delivery of new-build industrial schemes across Newport & Gloucester.

Typical projects valued between £10m and £80m. As Construction Manager you will lead on‑site delivery of major steel‑frame industrial projects, manage subcontract packages, drive programme, quality and safety from groundworks through to handover, and report to the Project Manager.

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations across large industrial/logistics schemes
• Manage and coordinate multiple subcontract packages including groundworks, steel frame, cladding, M&E and externals
• Drive short‑term programming and sequencing of works
• Take ownership of site health & safety, quality and programme performance
• Chair subcontractor meetings and daily coordination briefings
• Work closely with the Project, Commercial and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee inspections, snagging and sectional / final handovers

• Experience working for a main contractor in a site management / construction management role
• Proven background delivering industrial, logistics or large commercial new‑build projects
• Demonstrable experience on steel‑frame and envelope packages
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large site teams and subcontractors
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, HSEQ and programme control
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold) and First Aid

• £55,000–£70,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
