We are a dynamic and growing company based in Bristol, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and excellent service to our clients. We are now looking for an experienced Business Development Officer to join our team and help us expand our reach.

As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships and increasing our market presence.

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within a similar industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Bristol market is desirable
