Wessex Garages is pleased to recruit a Master Vehicle Technician to join our Nissan and Kia dealership in Gloucester
. While Nissan or Kia Master Technician accreditation would be an advantage, we warmly welcome applications from Master Technicians qualified with other manufacturer franchises.

We’re looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining the highest technical standards in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

• Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles accurately and efficiently in line with manufacturer standards and allocated times
• Identify and resolve complex or non‑routine faults, both in the workshop and during road testing
• Maintain an excellent level of technical knowledge across vehicle systems and technologies
• Make full use of Wessex Garages’ tools, facilities, and processes to maximise productivity
• Deliver a first‑time fix wherever possible, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines
• Support the dealership in achieving industry‑leading efficiency and quality standards
• Attend regular training to stay up to date with the latest technical developments

• A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Proven Master Technician status with a main dealer, supported by a full Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification
• A commitment to maintaining Master Technician accreditation through annual manufacturer training and assessments

Working pattern: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Mon – Fri. Saturdays on a rota paid as OT
