Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service Support:
    Respond to phone calls, emails, and online enquiries from members of the public, professionals, and partner organisations with a polite, professional, and helpful manner.
  • Appointment Coordination:
    Help clients book support sessions, keep schedules up‑to‑date, and manage bookings using electronic systems.
  • Special Projects:
    Assist with the planning and implementation of targeted service projects within Gloucestershire community and key stakeholder initiatives.
  • Interpret/Present Data:
    Review derived data from the service to identify trends, interpret performance, and relay findings to facilitate improvements.
  • Data Entry/Record Management:
    Update client information in digital systems, prepare reports, and ensure data protection compliance.
  • Team Support:
    Assist with internal meetings, promotional campaigns, and community outreach events, including creating flyers and managing social media posts.
