Seacoast Nursing & Rehab Center in Gloucester is seeking a Per-Diem Painter/Maintenance Assistant to join our team!
Requirements for Painter/Maintenance Assistant:
High school diploma
Experience in maintenance field of work
Experience working within a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare, is a plus
Job Duties for Painter/Maintenance Assistant:
Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
Respond to buildings/residents' maintenance needs
Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
Comply with all safety and health regulations
Travel to our sister facility in Beverly, MA as needed
