Seacoast Nursing & Rehab Center in Gloucester is seeking a Per-Diem
Painter/Maintenance Assistant to join our team!
- High school diploma
- Experience in maintenance field of work
- Experience working within a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare, is a plus
- Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
- Respond to buildings/residents' maintenance needs
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- Travel to our sister facility in Beverly, MA as needed
