As a BCBA at Northeast Arc you will supervise, mentor, and work closely with behavior therapists and families in home, community, center, and clinic settings.

As a Behavior Therapist you will support children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, using an evidence-based approach alongside BCBAs, Early Intervention staff, families, and caregivers. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities are available.

As a Residential Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our residential homes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.

The Residential RN Case Manager supervises and assists with the coordination of all aspects of health care for the individuals served within our residential homes.

We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals to work within our group homes located throughout the north shore. Direct support professionals help the individuals we serve live inclusive and independent lives in their homes and community.

About CACR
Home: CACR, or Cape Ann Community Residence, is a wonderful ranch-style home for five older adults with disabilities. The home is designed to be accessible for wheelchairs, walkers, and other movement devices. Staff and individuals foster a family-style approach to care, maintaining high-quality attention to health, well-being, and safety. This home loves fun! From outdoor barbecues to animal shows to attending a Red Sox game, you will always find the individuals of CACR doing something entertaining.

Schedule -Sunday 9 am-11 pm, Monday 11 pm-12 am (Z), Tuesday 7 am- 9 am and 12 am-7 am (Z), Thursday 9 am
-11 pm(40 Hours)

Pay: $23.00 -$24.50 with MAP certification, $15 for Sleep shifts

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide Direct Care and support the clinical and social needs of the individuals receiving services.
  • Document accurately and thoroughly, including in Inter-Team Communication Logs, Health Records, Daily Data Books and Fire Drill Logs as outlined in Northeast Arc Policy and Procedures
  • Facilitate meaningful community experiences for each individual that foster skill acquisition, relationship building and independence.
  • Provide hands‑on support at the home, including individualized supports in transferring, bathing, and grooming, and following specific dining protocols and treatments.
  • Administer medications according to Northeast Arc Policies and Procedures and MAPs Regulations. Support Drs appointments, ER and hospital visits and contact on-call nursing appropriately.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following Universal Precautions, ensuring that emergency exits are always clear and accessible, and maintaining staffing ratios as outlined in contracts with funding agencies and House Safety Plans.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license required for most positions.
  • CPR/FA and MAP certified a must!
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, stand for periods of time, bend, push wheelchairs, and provide physical intervention as necessary.
