Manufacturing Engineer, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
If you've spent years keeping production lines running and you're ready to stop fighting fires and start preventing them, this role was built for you.
A well-established, iconic food manufacturing company north of Boston is adding a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to their plant maintenance team. You'll lead the shift from reactive and preventive maintenance toward a data-driven predictive program, with real authority to drive change on the plant floor.
Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, one of America's most recognized names in the food industry, headquartered in Gloucester, MA. This is a company with deep roots, a loyal workforce, and a maintenance team that takes real pride in keeping a high-volume production facility running at peak performance. They invest in their people, including mileage reimbursement for candidates who come on-site.
You'll sit within the plant maintenance team, working closely with production, sanitation, and engineering groups. This is a high-priority role for the maintenance leadership team, sitting alongside the Maintenance Coordinator as one of two key hires this year.
The hiring manager is looking for someone who thinks differently, someone who can see through the noise of daily maintenance demands and identify the systemic improvements that actually move the needle on uptime and efficiency.
