A coastal hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences. Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, and managing cash transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting, and must possess strong communication skills. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.
