Electrical Engineer

Due to organic growth, we are recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join this well‑established manufacturing organisation. The company is based at the heart of Glossop, Derbyshire offering easy access from surrounding towns and cities such as Barnsley, Buxton, Stalybridge, Stockport, and Sheffield.

• Week 1:
  Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun – 12hr days.
• Week 2:
  Wed, Thurs – 12hr days.
• Week 3:
  Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun – 12hr nights.
• Week 4:
  Wed, Thurs – 12hr nights.

• Salary is £51,000 per annum + £2,500 Signing on Bonus.

• HNC Engineering Qualification/Level 3 Trained.
• Experience in fault diagnosis/repair/maintenance in a steelwork/heavy engineering environment.
• Worked on Electrical Control Circuits and 3‑phase power supplies.
• Planned Preventative Maintenance.
• Operated computerised maintenance systems to monitor and record work.
