• Maintaining accurate purchase and sales ledgers
• Processing invoices, payments, and completing bank reconciliations
• Preparing VAT returns and assisting with payroll
• Supporting month‑end processes, reporting and journals
• Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations

• Proven bookkeeping experience (AAT Level 3+ desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
• Confidence using accounting software such as Xero and Sage
• A proactive and organised approach to managing workloads
• Knowledge of VAT Returns and Management accounts is an advantage but not desirable
