- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying and responding to changes quickly.
- Administer medications, treatments, and advanced interventions as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona or eligibility to obtain one.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent degree.
- BLS certification is required.
- Prior experience in a medical-surgical nursing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and an in-depth understanding of nursing practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
