• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic test interpretations.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications and treatments as necessary.

• Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and condition management.

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Candidate requirements

• Valid active Nurse Practitioner (NP) License in Arizona
• Malpractice Insurance
• ACLS and BLS Certifications are required.
• Certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or an equivalent certifying body (ANCC) - Required for licensure and practice.

• Experience in urgent care or a similar clinical setting preferred.
