ICU RN

The ICU Nurse assumes responsibility of care of the highest acuity patients or patient in ICU through the utilization of the nursing process. Participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse Licensure, BSN preferred
Two years experience as RN with supervisory skills preferred
BLS/CPR, ACLS and PALS certification required
Must be able to interact effectively with co-workers, patients/family, physicians, and other hospital personnel Must be able to perform effectively under physical and mental stress, maintaining concentration during that duration
