Answer the call to emergency care as a Registered Nurse in the ER in Globe, Arizona. This is more than a placement— it’s an opportunity to champion patient resilience, guide families through critical moments, and collaborate with a devoted care team in one of the state's most iconic desert towns. In this multi-week assignment, you’ll bring swift assessment, precise interventions, and confident leadership to fast-paced shifts.
Starting 01/19/2026, with guaranteed 36.0 hours per week and a competitive weekly pay range of $2,457 to $2,629, you’ll have a strong foundation to deepen your ER expertise while advancing your career.
Globe offers the warmth of a close-knit community, dramatic desert sunsets, and outdoor recreation at your doorstep—from hiking the surrounding hills to scenic drives under starlit skies. Arizona itself offers world‑class landscapes, from nearby mountains to desert ecosystems, with a mild winter climate that keeps life active year‑round. For travelers who want broader opportunities, this assignment is part of a program that sometimes places clinicians across multiple locations in the U.S., expanding your professional network and widening your clinical scope while you grow.
ResponsibilitiesYour day‑to‑day responsibilities in the ER will center on delivering high‑stakes, evidence‑based care: patient assessment and triage, rapid stabilization, IV access, medication administration, wound care, and coordination with physicians and ancillary staff to ensure timely interventions. You’ll document carefully, communicate clearly with patients and families, and advocate for safe handoffs at shift change. The role offers ongoing professional growth within emergency nursing—opportunities to pursue certifications, expand skill sets in trauma and pediatric care, and participate in interdisciplinary quality improvement projects.
BenefitsWe also recognize the value you bring with tangible benefits: a sign‑on or performance bonus, housing assistance or stipends to ease relocation, and the potential for extension of your contract as needs evolve. Beyond the numbers, you’ll have comprehensive support through the company’s travel program, including 24/7 assistance, dedicated clinical coordinators, and streamlined travel logistics so you can focus on patient care rather than paperwork.
