Administrative Assistant - Field Operations

Overview

Support Service Team internally, service techs that go out in the field, and help support Sales team (internal sales paperwork).

• Our team enters assign orders to service team members, including invoicing the customer (full order to cash).
• Work in Dynamics CRM and in SAP (not a requirement), but we will go through training.
• Support the role by handling several tasks with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage pressure; multitasking is important.
• Excel experience is very helpful.
• Work closely with multiple teams, ensuring cross-functional communication.

• Experience in a support role, sales, admin support, or a variety of cash-to-order admin roles.
• Hybrid role with a few days in Glenwood, Illinois offices;
  Wednesdays are mandatory so the entire team can be together (2 days in office).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Shift is 8:00 am–4:30 pm or 8:30 am–5:00 pm.

Pay Rate Range: USD hourly 18.00 – 19.84
