We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Pool Service Technician to join our growing team in Silt, CO. This is a long-term opportunity with steady work, benefits, room for advancement and a great work environment.

Schedule
  • 4-day workweek: 4 × 10-hour shifts
  • Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
  • Report to our shop in Silt each morning, then head to assigned service locations (typically Aspen)
  • Finish your route and head home, unless you need to return to the shop
What You’ll Do
  • Repair and maintain valves, filters, pumps, and other pool equipment
  • Balance chemicals in pools and spas
  • Inspect and troubleshoot commercial swimming pools
  • Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Diagnose and repair control systems, time clocks, heaters, filters, salt systems, covers, pumps and other pool equipment
  • Provide professional, friendly customer service at all job sites
Qualifications
  • Must live in Colorado
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Background check and drug test required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and walk distances
Preferred Experience
  • Full working knowledge of pool repair (plumbing, masonry, minor electrical, pump/heater diagnostics)
  • 1+ year of pool maintenance experience
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
