We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Pool Service Technician to join our growing team in Silt, CO. This is a long-term opportunity with steady work, benefits, room for advancement and a great work environment.
Schedule- 4-day workweek: 4 × 10-hour shifts
- Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
- Report to our shop in Silt each morning, then head to assigned service locations (typically Aspen)
- Finish your route and head home, unless you need to return to the shop
- Repair and maintain valves, filters, pumps, and other pool equipment
- Balance chemicals in pools and spas
- Inspect and troubleshoot commercial swimming pools
- Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Diagnose and repair control systems, time clocks, heaters, filters, salt systems, covers, pumps and other pool equipment
- Provide professional, friendly customer service at all job sites
- Must live in Colorado
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Background check and drug test required
- Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and walk distances
- Full working knowledge of pool repair (plumbing, masonry, minor electrical, pump/heater diagnostics)
- 1+ year of pool maintenance experience
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
