• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to solve their needs.
• Assist guests and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and post promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes including price changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about total-store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with relevant laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Resolve guest questions quickly and follow multi-step processes with attention to detail.
• Maintain focus and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
